Webinar: An Affordable Strategy for Whole Home Backup Power – Follow-up
Well, that was fun! I’m pleased to report a resonable turnout of people interested in the subject matter of last night’s webinar. We had about 20 people join the presentation live. Further, a number who could not attend have inquired about the availability of a recording. So, here’s the video:

While I have considerable experience producing live streaming events, I don’t have a lot of experience with Zoom. I’m a little dissappointed that my camera is not continously displayed. In this initial outing, I was trying to keep things simple, and just use Zoom’s built-in functions. If I do something like this again, I’l use my vMix live streaming software to take more explicit control of the presentation.
Speaking of which, I will be giving this presentation again! I’ve been asked to present it live to a coming meeting of the Norhill Neighborhood Association.
A special thank you to Scott & Amy Stevens for attending. They are friends and neighbors that I reference as an example of using a MicroAire soft start kit to run a central air conditioner from a modest portable generator.
